The 5-year warranty
In Albert’s words: “I offer a 5 year warranty that includes one free inspection and pressure washing per year for 5 years.” Charlotte’s humidity, pine pollen and red clay are hard on a fresh paint job - a yearly wash keeps them from building up, and the inspection catches small problems while they are still small.
